Personae Politicae

Part of my Master applied arts education in Sweden, I´ve been wanting to combine my passion for armour with the increasing polarization of the politcal spectrum in the West, something that I´ve been interested in for the last several months. These are "sketches" made directly in the material, steel, that could represent various and different situation in a political or social debate. Some impede speech, others enforce it, muffling all the other senses. These objects have been made at quite an early stage of my Master exam in HDK Gothenburg - Metal Art, so I´ll be developing the idea more, producing more pieces that will likely be able to be worn and used perhaps in a performative context.
